This is a full upstairs apartment over the garage of our residence with a private entrance and parking. Our back yard has a wonderful fire pit as well as room for outside games. The deck is equipped with a gas grill, outside worktable with running water and a dining area. All areas have smoke and carbon oxide detectors.
