n the heart of the Loire Valley, along the Thouet River: a 700 square foot converted barn (newly renovated) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

Château Tower in Heart of Loire Valley

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

La P'tite Troglo is located between Saumur and Montsoreau, between the Wine Route and the Loire in a wine-growing area. Quiet and charming, guaranteed for a relaxing stay. Atypical accommodation consisting of a friendly room (entrance, lounge area, fitted kitchen and dining area). Two bedrooms, separate toilet, a bathroom with shower/vanity unit. On the ground floor, a 30 m2 living room (kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine) and adjoining cellar. On the 1st floor, master suite (dressing room and bathroom). On the 2nd floor, two small bedrooms in a row and a small shower room. The whole is adjacent to our property. L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Family Getaway – 12-Person Cottage with Jacuzzi

Cette maison de cinq chambres située au cœur d’un village de vignerons vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter de quelques jours en famille. Le gîte a obtenu le titre de « meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles » après inspection par les services homologués. Précisons que nous avons souhaité rendre ce séjour accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, les équipements sont adaptés.
