Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Rooms: large room with eat-in kitchen, fireplace (also for heating) + underfloor heating (for tiles), large bright attic: yoga/meditation room (please only enter barefoot/on socks - thank you), 2 bedrooms upstairs, more sleeping options (living room, barn, gable), only one bathroom, 2nd in expansion, large garden.

Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, sowie Gewürze was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

Unser charmantes Fachwerkhaus beherbergt mehrere Wohneinheiten – eine davon ist deine gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox aufzuladen.

Lindenhof Zermützel

Our apartment in the converted barn is made for everyone, whether with children, as a couple or alone. With us, you can discover wonderful nature and Zermützel is surrounded by hiking trails, lakes and historic towns. The apartment is new and fully equipped. The large lime trees offer shade and on weekends you can enjoy a piece of homemade cake in the in-house café. Even after a cooler day in the forest, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde unsere alte Scheune größtenteils mit den originalen, historischen Baustoffen restauriert. Wer schiefe Wände und Fussböden sowie Fachwerk liebt, wird sich hier pudelwohl fühlen. Eine 30 qm große Terrasse zum Garten heraus ergänzt diese familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Wie in solchen Gebäuden üblich, gibt es Treppen/Steigen aus der ursprünglichen Bauzeit. Der seperate Kinderbereich bietet viel Platz für Spiel und Spaß.

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
