The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Luxury living in the old walls of the former Riddagshausen forester's lodge: In the evening, sit comfortably on the sheepskin in one of the wide window sills overlooking the park-like garden of the "Stadt-Land-Scheune" (city-country-barn). In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

We are not just a special experience for staying overnight, but something special for families. Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleep in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut River. The utility area is located about 10 meters from the yurt. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. There's nothing missing.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Stay in an extraordinary Leipzig industrial monument: The 97 m² gallery loft stretches over two levels and impresses with almost six-meter-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Located right on the water, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat dock. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-person kayak, which is available for a small surcharge.

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

The accommodation offers you upscale furnishings with a fitted kitchen and everything you need to live and relax. TV with Netflix and Prime Video and Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly on a huge forest that invites you to take a walk. The travel time to the city or the VW plant is less than 10 minutes.
