Our 5 apartments are located in a beautiful Wilhelminian-style house just 2 km from Leipzig city center. With a lot of love for detail, we restored the house with the whole family and tried to preserve its charm and character. Each apartment is individually designed. We'd love to welcome you here and provide you with tips on the city and its surroundings. *The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5%, which is included in the price.

Apartment 4-6 P with pool & garden use

A large apartment for 4-6 persons in Pension "Am Alten Weinberg" (in total we have 3 large apartments for 4-6 people and 4 small apartments for 2-4 people). The apartment for 4-6 people each consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower and toilet. Our restaurant is exclusively open for seminars and celebrations, we do not have an a la carte operation. Tourist tax (€2.00/P/day) still needs to be paid on site.

Romantic Cuddle Corner

Our small guesthouse can be used as a day hotel or for overnight stays. In our house on Delitzscher Straße you will find 18 stylishly furnished rooms with spacious bathroom and individually coordinated furniture and wallpaper. With increased soundproofing, you can enjoy privacy, which is also ensured by our contactless check-in. Our room has cozy 12 m2, which are romantically designed.

Unseren 3 Wohnungen ‚An der Havel‘ im 1. OG, 2. OG und 3. OG eignen sich perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Genießen Sie mit Ihrem Partner, einer guten Freundin oder einem Freund ein paar gemütliche Tage an der Havel. Dank der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer können Sie auch mit Ihrer kleinen Familie oder einer kleinen Gruppe an Freunden Ihren Urlaub an der Havel genießen.

Our single rooms have a comfortable bed, fresh bed linen and towels, as well as a table and chairs that you can use for working. Each room is equipped with power sockets and internet is available throughout the house. The shared bathroom is right next to the room.

Renovated in 2023, the comfortable rooms with bathrooms have a modern and luxurious feel. The rooms have storing doors leading to a terrace and from there you walk straight into the lovely garden.
