The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. "Unteres Saaletal" churchyard in Dobis

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to our tiny house on Lake Sundhäuser in Nordhausen! On 30 m² there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.
