Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Scandicci

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

This was an amazing stay. The flat has everything you could possibly want or need. You are surrounded by a peaceful garden, but can easily join in the lively activities of Florence within a short walk. Rossella is extremely hospitable and helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again and would 100% recommend this as a top choice for others.

Francesco's apartment is a 14-minute walk from the station, in a strategic location from which you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city. The spaces were new, well-kept and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, as was the large shower. I really appreciated the water and snacks available. Overall, I had a really good time, it was a very comfortable stay.

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

This is your place for Florence! It was a perfect 2/2. Both rooms were really equal. Both bedrooms just outside the main bedroom and both with nice windows to open. Only one had the small patio for two people to enjoy. The location was great. You could do Taxi or Uber or even walk to main areas within 10 minutes. Our host met us to go over checkin and we were able to check in with luggage 2 hours early. The train was a 10 min walk, not bad with luggage unless you overpack like I did. Don’t do it. One backpack and one rolling luggage is all you need. Oh, the beds-wow!!!! They were nice and had beautiful bedding to help you sleep well. My 50th in Florence was epic!

Super stay at eugineos apartment ! Everything is well laid out .. great location in Florence overlooking the river. Superb ! Thanks to Eugenio for the goodies and the bottle of wine. Look forward to next stay Can’t fault anything.

We felt very much at home in this apartment which enhanced our stay in Florence – going out in the quiet morning to get breakfast, or walking home at night through the vibrant buzz. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and nice to not be in the most touristy parts throughout the whole day. Smooth check-in and communication when our flight was delayed.

Marco is very sweet, he greeted us and explained basic house rules and is very responsive with questions. He gave us amazing food recommendations in Florence that we tried as well. The place itself is super nice, spacious, clean.

Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Simply the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Giampaolo is the best host. He has anticipated traveler’s every need with a well stocked home away from home. He provided valuable advice on area restaurants, bars, museums, etc. And the location is amazing! Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.

I stayed in Florence for 2 nights and it was the best accommodation during my trip to Italy!! They're kind, they respond well, the room condition is so good, and all the facilities are good! If I had to pick a disadvantage, it's the stairs on the 2nd floor without an elevator, but after seeing the accommodation, it's a miracle that becomes romantic!
