Very nice and very clean house. Just 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

The property is located in a perfect location, just steps to the beach. The house is spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. We really appreciated the opportunity to dine outdoors. Amenities offered: fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, outdoor shower. In addition, the small details like the books available made the stay even more enjoyable. Davide and Gabriele were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative getaway to the sea. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

I stayed in a different apartment than the one I was supposed to stay in due to a problem with the air conditioner. Obviously, I was made aware of the problem before I arrived. The apartment is on the side and more spacious. Despite being in the center, the windows insulate very well from the outside and I have never heard any noise. Despite the heat, the good insulation of the ancient walls and a ventilation system kept the room cool. The apartment is also equipped with electric fans that I rarely used. The bathroom is outside the apartment but in the entrance hall of the complex. I found it very comfortable, especially when returning from the beach. It avoids bringing sand into the house and increasing the humidity of the air. The spaces are just right, I would definitely go back, even in smartworking. The location is very central with every choice of restaurant or club. The beaches are easily accessible from various stairways. Maya is extremely helpful, kind and understanding.

Great clean and well-decorated house great for those with children in two daughters. I always had a free bathroom, 🤣🤣 great sea view and host, always kind and helpful, I recommend it to everyone

This was our second time staying at Barbara’s amazing house. It is truly paradise for us. The giant terrace with incredible views is really special. And inside is spotlessly clean, with a brand new kitchen. The location is perfect- in the old town while also being a 5 min walk to the beach down below. Finally, Barbara is an amazing host- communicative, responsive, and genuinely happy that her guests are happy. We feel so lucky to have found this gem in Sperlonga 🧡

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

The view! The VIEW! It was amazing :) It's about a 5 min walk from the street to the apartment, so heads up if you have luggage or anything. The view was so beautiful and we cooked one night at home simply to soak up dinner on the lovely patio. We had a wonderful stay.

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment during a conference trip with our group of four, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the heart of the Old Town, we were within walking distance of all major attractions, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and charming. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view from the apartment. Waking up to the serene sights of the water each morning was a delightful experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts we needed after long days at the conference. Communication with our host, Giulio, was seamless. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in and stay were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What else you want!!!

Small apartment but equipped with everything you need for a stay of two people. Roberta welcomed us and helped us find the accommodation right away and explained everything with courtesy and friendliness. Very equipped kitchen, bathroom with very large shower. In addition, free use of umbrellas and deck chairs is provided. The property faces directly to the beach through a private gate, very important service in addition to free parking inside the property right in front of the house.

Perfect location, beautiful view, 20 metres from the beach. Typical Italian beach apartment, basic cooking only which was ample. We stayed at the top apartment so it was 120 steps up and down in total, so anyone with a disability may struggle, very large private roof terrace with beautiful views, even when there is thunder and lightning! Luca was very pleasant and helpful and if returning there we would contact Luca because he has other properties.

The location was unbelievable, couldn’t ask for a more perfect location . We absolutely loved our stay at Anna”s.
