Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Cozy apartment with good amenities, free Wi-Fi 1 bed 140 × 200 cm 1 sofa bed 140 × 200 cm Bedding Towels 2nd floor. Low room height of approx. 205 cm All shops serving everyday needs are close by. The Ruhr River and the Ruhr Valley bike path are nearby Train station 8 minutes walk. From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in a central location in beautiful Lüdenscheid. The district of Gevelndorf is one of the most beautiful Lüdenscheids. The Kapellenweg is a quiet side street to disconnect from everyday stress. The apartment is centrally accessible via the public. Parking spaces are located directly on the street, but you also need luck The apartment is fully equipped and designed for 1-3 people. In addition to a single bed, there is a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area.
