Pure relaxation is offered by the small green house with its large patio doors and access to the fenced private garden. From the 140 cm bed you can watch the sunrise and if it gets cool in the evening the wood-burning stove provides additional heat. A private room is available for work or for game nights, but it can also be quickly converted into a children's room on request. Small cats and dog-friendly dogs are allowed to travel with you on request. Pure nature perfect for bikers & cyclists

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

I rent a room in the historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. In the immediate vicinity of the A4, the accommodation is still quietly located. In addition to the room with a double bed, there is a small bathroom and a mini-kitchen with 2 hotplates (no oven), a fridge (no freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Outdoor seating is available.
