Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Ambiente. Kommunikation mit Ronja war ausgezeichnet👍🏼 Tolle Betten und schöne Lage. Kann man für mehrere Personen gerne buchen. danke für die tolle Zeit 😊

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön und ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal 🤗

Virginie und ihr Mann sind die perfekten Gastgeber! So herzlich, kommunikativ und dabei diskret und unaufdringlich, . Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, sehr sauber, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Technisch auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen, ein Genuss, dort bei gutem Wetter in den gemütlichen Chillmöbeln den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder den ersten Kaffee dort zu genießen. Wir kommen wieder, das ist sicher!! Auch die Nähe zum See und das ganze Umfeld haben uns sehr gefallen. Bis hoffentlich bald! Gabi & Christoph

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Der Aufenthalt bei Nina und ihrer Familie war ein Traum: eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit super freundlichen Gastgebern. Einfach toll! Die Wohnung ist ganz toll eingerichtet, mit viel Herzblut und Idee - man merkt, dass sich hier jemand wirklich viel Mühe gegeben hat. Ein klitzekleiner Tipp: Warmen Pulli mitnehmen - die dicken, alten Wände halten die Kälte im Sommer ganz ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist ein schöne Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen, wir waren vom Wasserfall sehr beeindruckt. Nina und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich wirklich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert: Vielen Dank!!

Pretty Jolie was the perfect getaway! The apartment was beautiful and cozy- I especially loved the activities room which had a guest book for us to write notes in addition to games and books. The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was a less than ten minute walk from the supermarket and three minute walk to the lake- I would definitely stay recommend this listing. As a plus point- the kitchen had spices and oil which made cooking significantly easier!

Ein wirklich Super Apartment mit super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeberin ist immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar gewesen. Das Apartment hat alles was man brauch und ist auch sehr gepflegt gewesen. Ich kann es nur herzlichst empfehlen!

U apartmanu smo se osjećali kao kod kuće. Apartman je prostran i moderno uređen. Djeca su uživala igrajući se na terasi i u velikom predivnom dvorištu. Pogled na konje u susjedstvu je neprocjenjiv. Ako će biti prilike, svakako ćemo se ponovno vratiti! Hvala, draga Ingrid, na ugodnoj i brzoj komunikaciji!

This place is fantastic. It's not big but has everything a couple might need. We fell in love with this part of Slovenia and even though are legs hurt after hiking too much every day, it was great to return to the lovely and peaceful house to relax. Jurij was super responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Gerne immer wieder, alles perfekt 👌🏻🤩Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (1 Jahr) in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Jutta rief uns am Anreisetag an, um uns mitzuteilen, dass wir schon früher rein dürften. Das kam uns mit Kind natürlich sehr entgegen. Es wurde auch extra ein Hochstuhl besorgt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und es wurde uns geholfen die Sachen hoch zu tragen. In der Wohnung standen frische Tomaten, Paprika und Basilikum aus dem Garten bereit, Bier und Sprudel waren im Kühlschrank und Betthupferl auf dem Nachttisch. Am ersten Morgen wurden wir mit Leckereien vom Bäcker überrascht. An einem anderen Tag brachte sie uns Muffins 😋 Uns wurde auch angeboten die Wäsche zu waschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Man kann in der Gegend viel unternehmen 🙂

Sehr tolle Unterkunft und perfekt ausgestattet. Helle und geräumige Zimmer, ideal auch für Familien. Sehr gut gefiel mir der uneinsehbare Außenbereich, eine richtige Romantikecke mit überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit. Man kann auch den bereitgestellten Griller benutzen. Richard lud mich auf Kaffee und Kuchen ein, megalieb. Das nächste mal komme ich mit Familie für längere Zeit. Vielen Dank.

War genauso wie beschrieben… ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt…komme gerne mal im Sommer wieder, um auch mal die wunderschöne Terrasse nutzen zu können. Tom ist ein toller Gastgeber!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

Super apartment very close to all the amenities of Lake Bled but in a quiet area. Spotless. Everything you could need. Understand that it is on a fairly well used road so there is a little noise but nothing that disturbed us. As others have said, there are several flights of stairs but that adds to the character, and 2 of blackout blinds are not very effective. That said, it is super clean, provides everything you need and the hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

Wir waren vom 22.12.2024 bis zum 02.01.2025 in der Unterkunft von Natasja. Es war alles super sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Lage. Natasja selbst war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei fragen etc. Allen in Allem eine Perfekte Unterkunft die ich immer wieder auswählen würde! In der Unterkunft hatte es an nichts gefehlt. An alles wurde hier gedacht.

Wir waren für fünf Tage, für das Tuning-Event, in der Unterkunft und besser hätte es nicht sein dürfen! Die Aussicht ist vor allem zu den Morgen Stunden wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Das dazugehörige Carport war für uns Autofans natürlich der Traum. Christian war sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!

Super Wohnung, geräumig und ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Lage top. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wie zuhause, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 5 von 5 Sternen sind zuwenig. Wirklich zu empfehlen ! Die Gastgeber sind auch super nett und vor Ort bei Bedarf.
