My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. In addition to great views, with a short distance to the swimming lake, zoo or Legoland etc. The home here will ensure the cozy atmosphere. Possibility to rent a car and bicycles.

Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

My place is close to Stade, Cuxhaven and the North Sea. You can enjoy great views, dikes and the Elbe. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then this is the place for you! Our property "der Mühlengrund" is a former water mill from 1598. On the property, with a stream and about 1 hectare of land, there are opportunities to barbecue, make a campfire, or simply unwind. Free Internet is available through a fiber optic cable. If you want to travel with small children, a children's travel bed is available.
