Die großzügige, nordische Atmosphäre dieser schönen Altbauwohnung, zentral in Flensburg, ist besonders. Die Wohnung Villa Rosa bietet den perfekten Rahmen zum Wohlfühlen. Hohe Decken und Dielenböden sowie die abgestimmte Einrichtung laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne (mit Dusche) zum Entspannen. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es gemütliche Doppelbetten. Das Kinderzimmer mit zwei Kinderbetten lässt kleine Herzen höher schlagen.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

This historic canal house, built in typical Dutch style, was completely renovated in 2022, meticulously refurbished, lovingly furnished, and stylishly decorated. The lower level features underfloor heating and period tiles. Beautiful, high-quality furnishings throughout the house create a feel-good atmosphere. A yoga room is available on the second floor for an additional fee. The house accommodates 4-6 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children 8 years and older are allowed.

We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
