Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung hat 55 qm und ist voll ausgestattet. 1 Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, Küche und Flur. Vom Flur aus begeht man alle Zimmer. Somit kann man im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer getrennt schlafen. Solltet ihr schon in der Früh ankommen oder am Abreisetag länger in der Wohnung bleiben wollen, lasst es mich wissen, wenn keine neuen Anreisen anstehen mache ich alles möglich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Meter von der U2 Theresienstraße entfernt.

The modern apartment on the 2nd floor with 110 m² has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet and a wardrobe. Three folding screens and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom, plenty of towels and bathrobes are provided. A balcony overlooking the mountains allows time to relax in the cozy rattan armchairs.
