Welcome to our super cozy apartment at the heart of the black forest! We are 300m from the lake, close to premium hiking trails and only 800m to the train station - for free trips throughout the black forest region due to the free "KONUS-Karte". We are only 15 min from Feldberg Ski Arena/Nature reserve and 5 min (by car) from skiiing slopes/crosscountry tracks.

Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
