Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. In a few minutes walk you are in the center or at the OTH. There is a small terrace with an adjoining garden. Here you can relax with a lot of peace and quiet, even after cycling on the 5-river bike path. Our small lovingly furnished apartment in the old house we renovated ourselves leaves nothing to be desired. Parking is available on the adjacent street right in front of the house. 28 square meters of well-being just for you!

Old town house in a class of its own

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large balcony or terrace.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The apartment has a size of about 120m². There are 3 bedrooms, with a total of 7 beds. Large living room with TV and large couch to relax. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is 1.5 km from the equestrian center in Kreuth and 500m from the 5 rivers cycle path. A small and inexpensive restaurant is 100 m away, a beverage market 500 m and a bakery 500 m away.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
