No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Our vacation home will be completed in 2024 and has been furnished with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a beautiful landscape with a view of nature. Sommersdorf is located in the beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. We are happy to give tips for excursions, restaurants, cafés and shopping.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again.
