Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The fully equipped 2-room apartment in Röthenbach/Pegnitz is located 12 km east of Nuremberg. The S-Bahn stop Röthenbach-Steinberg is within walking distance and is in about 18 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station. The apartment is very quiet and yet close to the city center. In a few minutes you can walk to all the shops for everyday use, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking is available in front of the house. The outdoor swimming pool in Pegnitzgrund is right nearby.
