Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. Welcome to our comfortable apartment: Enjoy a box-spring bed. The bathroom offers a rain shower and a washing machine. A parking space and a small outdoor seating area in front of the house are provided. Access to the apartment is contactless with a PIN. A grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away. Niederhöchstadt train station can be reached in 10 minutes. From there, it is 4 stops to Messe Frankfurt. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
