"Living in the Bauwagen" Our lovingly converted construction car is ready for you if you love nature and are looking for distance from everyday life. The site trailer is quietly and idyllically nestled between an apple and a plum tree in the garden of our house. It has been converted and expanded architecturally and is a successful mix of old, preserved and modern elements. You have a great unobstructed view over meadows and fields, to Amöneburg, 10 km away. The site trailer is comfortably furnished for 1-2 people and you can even heat with a wood stove on cool days. In addition, the site trailer has a cooking facility, a coffee maker and a cooler, so you can take good care of yourself. The sanitary facilities are easily accessible 20 m away. In an appealing washhouse you can take showers, wash and walk to the toilet. Our bicycles are available for you to explore in the immediate vicinity, for example, the Rauischholzhausen Castle (7 km), the Wässberger Warte (3 km) and the university city of Marburg an der Lahn (8 km), which are to be mentioned with the Marburg Castle and its exceptional half-timbered old town. You don't need to take care of linens and a set of towels is ready for you. We would be happy to welcome you as our guest.

The showman's wagon stands on a listed farm complex from 1805 in a rural-artistic environment. Just be there or actively explore the surroundings - everything is possible. The incomparable Geo Nature Park with more than 20 premium hiking trails and a variety of ecological projects provides insights into biodiversity and diversity.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Elas Bergchalet Friedrichstein.

Minimalist, cozy, rustic and beautifully located on the high Dörnberg above the city of Zierenberg. In the immediate vicinity is an Icelandic horse farm and the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance are the glider airfield (one of the oldest gliding areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the limestone grassland areas.

Small idyllic guest house in the countryside just 20 minutes away from the Documenta city of Kassel, with the World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Lovingly furnished for 2 people with small kitchen, sleeping loft and modern, new bathroom. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy on your own small terrace with private access. Kassel can also be reached by public transport via the train station in Guxhagen, which is 3 km away. The Mondsee, a swimming lake, is 2.5 km away.

Our small hut - stay on the alpaca pasture

Spend the night in our small hut on one of our alpaca pastures on the edge of the Documenta city of Kassel. Especially suitable for a romantic weekend for two. Surrounded by beautiful nature, starting point for many hikes, bus 500 m away, only three minutes on the nearest highway and yet the everyday hustle and bustle is outside this place. For reasons of pasture hygiene, we cannot guarantee the presence of alpacas for every booking. Feel free to contact us.

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood stove, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be made as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and WLAN, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be left.

Cozy tiny house in the Rhön

The tiny house for unique days in the Hessian Rhön stands in the large garden next to a second tiny house. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the cozy sleeping area. Hot tub/ hot tub for a fee (on request/ upon availability).

Construction trailer with a view and country charm

The red construction trailer on our old farm on the outskirts of the village offers a great view. Time to come down and enjoy the simple life in nature. Room to switch off and stop. The spacious construction trailer has everything for a good simple life: washbasin, stovetop, fridge. In the double bed 1.40 cm or on the cozy sofa you can relax. Outside: Outdoor hot shower and compost separating toilet. In winter you shower in our separate apartment.

Stay overnight on the adventure farm directly on the R1 bike path. On our small, cozy farm you will find the ideal place to escape the ordinary. In our newly built pods, you will experience a unique sleep and relaxation experience. Let your mind wander and enjoy nature in the beautiful Fulda Valley. In the cozy cottage, there is plenty of space for breakfast or just to linger. In winter, the Kota becomes a unique experience by the open fireplace.
