Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage im Grünen mit Blick auf den Herkules. In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt erreicht man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahnen Richtung Innenstadt und Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Auch vom Bhf. Wilhelmshöhe ist das Studio in wenigen Minuten per Straßenbahn erreichbar.

(No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

For families, a Hauck cot and a high chair with baby recliner are available.

Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events.
