The house is situated in an idyllic village on the edge of the forest. The nearest town is 2 km away. There you will find a local baker and butcher with regional offers. The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

Due to its proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a beautiful accommodation for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached by car in just under 35 minutes, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.
