You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Plenty of space & plenty of sun

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Our apartment is part of an apartment building and is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, 8 minutes walk to the train station( connections to all major cities such as Düsseldorf/Cologne/ Wuppertal/Dortmund, etc.). Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. For the double bed there is the possibility to use the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !

Large, nicely furnished apartment. Very cozy and as shown or described in the photos. Everything you need is available. Even coffee, tea and water. A parking space was always available in front of or near the accommodation. The communication was very friendly and fast. Good starting point for many excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely great! We booked spontaneously and were not disappointed! The apartment is a real insider tip - the old building charm is simply unique and the high-quality furnishings are perfectly coordinated. Every detail is thoughtful and lovingly designed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Murat is super nice and charming - we immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The communication was very quick and easy. We felt completely comfortable and the apartment really exceeded our expectations. Getting a parking space right in front of the door is difficult, but thanks to Murat's tip, it was only a few meters on foot. We can only highly recommend the apartment and will definitely book again. If you are looking for a touch of history and luxury, you have come to the right place.
