You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Our apartment is part of an apartment building and is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, 8 minutes walk to the train station( connections to all major cities such as Düsseldorf/Cologne/ Wuppertal/Dortmund, etc.). Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. For the double bed there is the possibility to use the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !
