Una posizione strategica: siamo in un quartiere silenzioso, a pochi passi dalla stazione (il treno è l'ideale per andare a Firenze senza lo stress del parcheggio e del traffico). Perfetto per 2 persone che vogliono visitare Firenze, la Val di Sieve, il Mugello, rilassandosi la sera, magari con un libro o un film toscano.

Composto da 1 camera con letto singolo reclinabile, tv, ampio armadio e 2 finestre con vista sul fiume e sul ponte Mediceo, 1 cucina-soggiorno con google cast tv, divano trasformabile in letto singolo e 1 bagno con doccia.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

Reached by a farm road through the Nipozzano vineyards. Take the panoramic walk up to the 11th century Castello, where you can taste the prestigious wines. The studio has a cooking corner for simple at-home catering. Also its own shady garden space and private terrace with vineyard views.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Taking a break amongst nature and culture

The property is situated in the hills of Tuscany, just 30 minutes from Florence, in an area that is rarely visited by tourists and which still retains its traditional Tuscan charm. It is an old stone farmhouse, originally built as the summer residence of the local Bishop. The large house is subdivided into two parts; guests will be using the main portion of the house, while a smaller part is kept empty but not available for guests.
