Just renovated walk to beach / restaurants / shops / grocery across the street, if you have been to Coligny Plaza you know there are way too many places to list, but we love that the Frosty Frog and Piggly Wiggly are two of MANY places right across the street! Unit has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other, the sofa also pulls out to a queen as well, Roku TV, youtubetv logged in! 2 car max per unit per association.

We stayed there a few days ago. We spent a few very relaxing and quiet days. The place was very clean. We go to the island every year. We book different places each year to discover new adventures. This house is very clean. I loved that part because I'm allergic to everything. Hahaha. 10/10🩵

Michelle’s place was excellent! Great host and everything was super close. She was always a message away if needed. We had a wonderful time walking to Coligny plaza and the beach access was a 4 min walk. I would highly recommend Michelle’s Villa! Don’t forget to take a 15 min drive and go to Fish Haul Beach, it is truly amazing!

I had a great 10-day stay at Matthew's place. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The condo was exactly as photos showed and was very neat and clean upon arrival. Condo was very quiet, no noisy neighbors. Bed was comfy, bathroom very clean, and place was very comfortable. Matthew's unit is up on the 3rd floor which is important to know. Parking around the condo complex was plentiful. There is no designated parking spot for Matthew's condo, but parking was easy to find a within a 1 minute walk to the condo. In-condo washer and dryer, A/C, and high-speed wi-fi. All in all, a great no-frills (and no clutter!) place to stay. Newly renovated and "fresh" feel. Thank you Matthew! I'll definitely come back to stay again!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

Your Happy Place: 2 Level Condo - 3 mins to beach!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay; our big family had plenty of space, and we did not have to bring too many “extras” to accommodate everyone. The condo included a high chair and pack and play, both immaculately clean. Board games, a wagon, beach chairs and other toys/floats were also available. Host was extremely helpful and proactive. The condo itself was spotless, and the origami towels were a sweet touch. The condo sits in a beautiful spot, nestled in leafy trees covered with Spanish moss. We felt like we were trekking through a jungle, in the best way possible! After spending the early half of the day at the beach, our kiddos enjoyed the pool and watching the turtles and fish swim in the pond. It was a wonderful way to spend Father’s Day weekend!
