House holiday rentals in Sea Pines

We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

This was the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. We were obsessed with the design and amazing amenities. We always had something to fill our time and create special memories!! We recommend this place to everyone. The location could not have been better! We were so close to the beach but it felt private enough for comfort and also so close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 100/10!!!

Beautiful, spacious, cozy home with everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and beach towels, great beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and pass to the local pool. We enjoyed the quiet Sea Pines community and convenience of the location, only thing is don't plan on taking your boat unless you plan to pay to park it somewhere else as the Sea Pines community does not allow them on resort property at all, even with a driveway to park it in. This is a community rule, not the hosts rule. The host was responsive and the place was great! Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Excellent beach Airbnb. The house has a true cozy beach cottage vibe, without being small or cluttered. The layout is wonderful, with the bedrooms and bathrooms being perfectly accessible no matter where you are in the house. While it IS true that there's a path behind the house that takes you to the beach, it is very overgrown and impassable with a wagon. If you head out the front door and head to S. Forest Beach Dr. the beach path can be accessed directly across the street and only adds about a minute to your walk, but makes it passable with a wagon. Private pool is perfect. Our two kiddos spent hours and hours swimming, especially great on rainy days with no lightning! Highly recommend Stephen's house, it has a great feeling and it's so close to everything!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!

Honestly one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. The trolley made getting to and from the beach much easier but the 15 mins walk was nice on a clear, cool day. Very spacious living area and so quiet. Very restful place to stay

Walk to the beach was the perfect setting for a family vacation. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous pool. The house is well stocked with all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation. Mindy is a wonderful hostess, she was very responsive to all of our questions and her recommendations were spot on. Having her as a hostess made our first visit to Hilton Head even more memorable. We can’t wait to return.

This is a pristine and stylish villa perfect for a long weekend! Lots of nice touches, Kiehl’s products in bath and kitchen, high quality appliances, Nespresso (thanks for the pods!) etc… made for a turnkey stay. The staff at best nest were extremely nice, helpful, professional and accommodating. The exterior of the place does not indicate what a nice experience awaits inside. :-)

Ali’s cottage exceeded our family’s expectations. She perfectly appointed her place with everything we needed & more. She had open lines of communication in case we needed anything at all. Her hospitality and local recommendations were exceptional with the location being perfect for all things walkable. The cottage surroundings along with the street is are peaceful and beautiful. We would gladly stay at her cottage again!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

We stayed there a few days ago. We spent a few very relaxing and quiet days. The place was very clean. We go to the island every year. We book different places each year to discover new adventures. This house is very clean. I loved that part because I'm allergic to everything. Hahaha. 10/10🩵

Very nice place. Clean. Great internet. Peaceful surroundings. Plenty of towels. All the appliances work well. Just a small note that the pool is not on site although it is featured as the first picture.

My friends and I had such a great time at this place for our girls weekend. We enjoyed bike rides to the beach, biking to Salty dog and also down to the lighthouse. Lighthouse and shops with some cute restaurants are also walkable. The host was very informative, helpful with recommendations and had quick response times. Home was clean, private with a marsh few primarily and we even had some deer visitors. Would definitely recommend this place again. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing and kind hosts that were very responsive. Think 5 star hotel customer service. I was a bit hesitant hearing the house was listed on 3 floors but the stairs are much shorter than expected and easy to maneuver with kids. There is one bedroom on each floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Tons of space to move about. It’s located in a private gated community and surrounded by trees and nature and a golf course in back. Lots of space and master closet is huge. Very clean and hospitable. Would stay again!

Great place, great times.

We had a great time in Hilton Head! Property was very well kept and very comfortable. Private pool was a great amenity. Excellent location, easy walks to the beach and restaurants. If we were to return to Hilton Head, we’d look to stay here first!

This home was beautiful! Great location right inside of Sea Pines and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Main bathroom is amazing and the tub is fantastic. Highly recommend staying in this location when visiting Hilton Head.

Our stay here was outstanding! We were able to spend time together and also spend private time with so much room! The pool was so enjoyable after the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and this part of the beach was less crowded! Our family was so happy staying here and we hope to return in years to come!

We can’t say enough about how great this place was. Unbelievable location STEPS to the beach and right next to Sea Pines beach club. It was perfect for our family of five (3 adult children and parents). We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to stay in the Sea Pines resort! The condo is so lovely with well appointed, comfortable rooms and amazing vistas. Sea Pines itself is spectacularly beautiful. There are so many things to do in Sea Pines and it’s also easy to make day trips to places like Savannah and Charleston! Our hosts were so easy to reach with any questions and gave great recommendations for fun things to do! Would definitely like to go back!

We loved staying here for our family vacation! It was our first trip with our 1 year old and was perfect for our family! We’d sit on the screened in back porch and watch the horses walk by or we’d walk across the street to go see the animals at the petting zoo! We took many walks through the community gardens and bike rides through the nearby forest preserve! Such a fantastic location and amenities! We will definitely come back to stay here again!

So many things that we loved! Location! Size of the home for our group! Easy walk to the beach! Close to the bike path! Great pool! Dining table was awesome! Housekeeping was still at the house at the 4pm check-in. We did have trouble with a couple of the beds, but the guys were quick to help us get it resolved. We loved having our whole family together and we enjoyed the home! We would definitely rent there again! Thanks for a great week!
