This 3 bdrm/2 ba villa has a lovely updated kitchen.There are 2 bdrms on the raised 1st floor of the Villa with King & Queen beds.The 1st bdrm has a walkout deck with chaise lounges. Both bathrooms update, tiled and one has shower & the other a tub.The 3rd bdrm is a loft room upstairs, with 2 Full beds.There is a walkout deck off the loft area with views of the marsh.The main living room has a large stunning electric fireplace and 76 inch TV.Complimentary use of bikes & beach toys. Pet friendly.

Sunset Paradise - Great Location on Island

Enjoy Seabrook year round. It's spectacular! Well-appointed two bedroom/ two bath second-floor condo with magnificent marsh view. Beautiful sunroom to relax while enjoying a glass of wine/coffee. Enjoy biking on the beach, tennis, pickleball, golf, & horseback riding. Three bicycles are included for pedaling on Island. Condo is close to Bohicket Marina for sunsets & short bike ride to Fresh Fields for shopping. Unit includes FREE amenity card for club access. Great location. Stay and play!

A short walk to the beach, pet friendly, updated 2 BR 2 BA (one queen, one king), view of the lagoon under the trees is the perfect place to enjoy so much wildlife!
