Nice place. Convenient to Kiawah and Freshfields. Down a side road in an older neighborhood but neighbors were friendly enough to wave. House has been remodeled and flows well. We enjoyed our stay and are ready to come back again.

We had a great stay at Michelle's Airbnb. Michael was very helpful with whatever we needed in our 3+ week stay. Thanks for a comfortable and clean place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and there were clear instructions on check in and check out! There are a lot of stairs due to the split level layout and may not be a great choice for children under 4 or handicapped, but the home was absolutely lovely and had many amenities and activities to keep us entertained.

Such a quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood- if you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind and sleep but still be close to everything, this is a wonderful option! Just 15 minute drives into Charleston and Sullivans Island were perfect for our relaxed weekend. Cute neighborhood for morning walks - we felt very safe there. The host was very responsive and helpful with any needs!

We were losing faith in the airbnb system because the homes were not what was described. Maura and Todd took great care of us and the home was wonderful. They helped us to celebrate a special occasion and sent a small surprise. That was truly a first. If we needed anything it was provided. Great location and a peaceful stay. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This spot is absolutely perfect. We wanted a quiet getaway for a holiday weekend and were very pleased. The place feels like a cabin meets a hotel room (but dog friendly!). It’s quaint with a large bed and nice bathroom, small kitchenette (stovetop but no oven). Walkable to the Dunlin and only a short drive to Freshfields Village and Kiawah. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from pool and beach making the whole trip super easy. We loved the porch for meals and reading and the house was well stocked for everything we needed. The hosts are great as well with timely and thorough instructions and welcoming treats for all. I’d highly recommend this place overall.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Just what the family needed! The house was a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach, which was ideal with a little one. What made this please even better was the pool. While the kiddo napped, we were able to have our own time to connect and enjoy being outside. Great house!

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice, spacious, homey 3 bedroom that is very tastefully decorated! We really enjoyed the private back screened in porch that faces the golf course. This was a great morning coffee spot. We rented bicycles which made getting around very easy. Comfortable beach chairs were provided and were a plus! Carrie is very responsive and accommodating! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!

Our family of 4 (2 kids) plus our dog had an amazing stay at Michelle's place! The house is beautiful, quiet, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having bikes, beach towels, and some other things for the beach readily available in their garage is so helpful. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Beautiful peaceful place in nature. The house and bedroom had huge windows looking onto the marsh with so many bird singing. Kayaking was great, exploring the marsh. Some sand gnats when there wasn’t a breeze so we had to wear bug spray at times. My husband, dogs and I loved it.

Austin’s home was great for our group of 3, we stayed for a total of 3 nights and felt right at home. He was proactive with messaging and very responsive. The location was perfectly located with easy access to the main hotel, tennis courts, and beach.

We were 3 couples, long time friends, getting together from different parts of the country. David's place was perfect, the history, restaurants and sights were all abound in the area.

This was the perfect rental for our vacation. We love to stay on the surrounding islands when visiting the Charleston area and this listing on John’s Island was perfect. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee in the lovely backyard before venturing out to Folly Beach. It is about a 20-25 minute drive to Folly and downtown Charleston. That was not a problem for us, as we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet that this beautiful rental offered. We’d be hard pressed to choose another home when visiting Charleston. This has been our favorite home in the area by far.

We loved our stay here. The decor in the house is so fun, and the property is just absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

A very unique and fun space! A little close to both their home and another apparent rental space, however this did not make it any less exciting! I loved it! And I was finally able to find a tree house that my dogs could enjoy with me!

I would give our stay 10 stars if it would let me! Kim was a fantastic host, very helpful, responsive and went above and beyond with the booking process and the unit itself. It had everything we needed AND wanted. Modern decor, spacious and comfy furnishings, loved having 2 TVs and games because it rained one day, and beautiful views from the porch. Perfect set up and had all the supplies we needed for our doggo- the beach was also super dog friendly which we loved. Easy to get to the beach, we drove bc we’re lazy but it was a 5 min drive and not crowded at all (the best part). This is a private and quiet community, we didn’t venture out much and enjoyed the on site restaurants. This was a perfect peaceful romantic getaway for our wedding anniversary. We will be back!!
