Monthly Rentals in Sedalia

Milred's place was perfect for our visit to Sedalia for the ragtime festival. Mildred was very accomodating. I am sensitive to fragrances and she made sure to wash all the linens in fragrance free laundry detergent. Mildred also let us check in early so we could drop off our things and make it in time to our first concert. We brought our bikes and locked them on the back porch. We found the beds comfortable. I like a firm mattress. The place was exceptionally clean. Mildred was alwayds very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

As a child growing up in Sedalia, I spent many hours and made many memories in this house. It was my grandmother's house, and I appreciate that Sara thoroughly researched the details that helped her keep the integrity of the house intact. She was very prompt in answering any questions I had and was very thoughtful in her preparation for our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you, Sara, for a delightful weekend! We will definitely visit again!!

We have stayed here 5 times and will stay again! Great space and host is very communicative. Lots of extra amenities. Always have plenty of everything! (Towels. Pillows, bedding, soap, shampoo, coffee, creamer etc. Bottles of water in fridge are a nice extra as well as we are always heading to the fairgrounds for shows and it’s nice to be able to grab one on the way. This place is a great value for the price and suits our needs perfectly!

I would definitely stay here again.
