Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sedalia

Colby was always very responsive to questions or suggestions. He was always helpful but never bothered you unless you initiated the communication

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! It was beautiful, peaceful and Baxter was quick to respond!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for what we needed and a great view.

We just wanted a couple days of peace and quiet and that was exactly what we found. The cabin was kept very tidy and neat with lots of small extras. Little things like extra trash cans discreetly about, plenty of towels, and a nice little coffee selection with condiments. There is also a provided gas grill on the upper deck. It was neatly cleaned and ready for use. Below the cabin near the woods edge they provided a stocked campfire area. It is very peaceful here even though there are several houses and cabins in the immediate surroundings. The owners live directly adjacent to the cabin and were available but not intrusive whatsoever. There are several small restaurants and bars in the area. You are very close the lake for fishing, boating, or swimming if you choose. If you are looking for peace and quiet or need a place to stay while at the lake this is a great choice.

If you are needing a quiet weekend to sit relax, and enjoy the beauty of the country side this is the place to go! The house was exactly what it looked like and the best part is the farm dog Nash! Such a sweetie and very friendly! We really needed this break and this was th best place we could have gotten that!

This place was amazing! It was just as described. The back patio provided a peaceful place to hang out and there were mulberry bushes in the back that had ripe fruit while we were there; delicious! The hosts provided a lot of little extras like a multitude of condiments, coffee and filters, soaps and shampoo! There was even a homemade banana bread waiting for us when we checked in! Finally the host was very very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had!

Country life style. Amazing view and definitely makes you want to buy a ranch🤣❤️

Nina's place has been a great place in between housing! I felt right at home the minute I walked in the door.

Wow!! What a great space, this building is soooo clean, it's very convenient downtown but not right on the main strip, the ceilings are tall and just beautifully done.

Hannah’s Place was a perfect little gem tucked away in a Matured Neighborhood. Place was as described & we felt very safe & at home. Will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself! You will not be disappointed in this wee gem!

Our stay at The Mullet was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a number of activities downtown and the location could not have been better - right in the middle of everything and easy to pop in an out throughout the day. Despite the fact that it is next to a restaurant and in the middle of downtown, it was so quiet! The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Suzann was an exceptionally helpful host, full of excellent advice, and really seemed to want to go out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a couple of nights in Sedalia!

This was my 4th time staying at Joy’s place. We love it! Joy goes above and beyond, she is hands down the best hostess. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy and the location is ideal for us. See you next year, Joy! 😊

We’ve stayed at both the Dog House and Jail Bird and they are both great! They are exactly what we need when traveling with our kids. The location is great and the Saturday farmers market is super charming and right outside the door! We will be back!
