Holiday rentals with a patio in Sedalia

I loved my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, and check-in was smooth and easy. It felt like a home away from home, and i already booked again. Highly recommend.

Neal’s place was perfect for us. We were able to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Neal was super responsive to any questions that we had. Check in and check out were super easy.

I scheduled this space for my nephew and family. It was clean and everything as described. There were extras - like cookies and treats that were a lovely touch. It was a great location in Warsaw - close to restaurants and shopping.

Very comfy small home! Perfect for my partner and I. From coffee in the morning to games to play during spare time, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a cozy little place to stay with a little fenced in patio area that was nice to sit in and talk to my coworkers with. There’s a few pretty good restaurants right around the corner and some shops to check out as well. Nice little breakfast bowl place to hit in the mornings too.

Milred's place was perfect for our visit to Sedalia for the ragtime festival. Mildred was very accomodating. I am sensitive to fragrances and she made sure to wash all the linens in fragrance free laundry detergent. Mildred also let us check in early so we could drop off our things and make it in time to our first concert. We brought our bikes and locked them on the back porch. We found the beds comfortable. I like a firm mattress. The place was exceptionally clean. Mildred was alwayds very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

A great comfortable space that was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the rest of our bike ride!

We really enjoyed our time at Landon’s condo. It was so easy to get a hold of him for any questions we had before we arrived!! The condo was great for our short stay at the lake with our kids!

Claudia Love’s property was very welcoming. Renovations were spot on and very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Communication with host was top tier! Off the beaten path with access to beautiful scenery! Felt safe and cozy. Everything you need is included, so no need to overpack.

We Didn't want to leave. Austin was such a great host. Had my Daughter birthday there and.....she said it was the best birthday she has ever had. There wasn't anything that we needed. The way things r set up out there made things even easier for all of us.. BEST PART...There wasn't one place you could sit out there that wasn't just absolutely beautiful.. This was the perfect for My Family and friends. Thank u Austin for give my Family something we will remember for life..

Great place to stay! Marta is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. Her place has tons of space and is great for any large group!

Joan was a amazing host. Joan made sure we were inside the house with no problem. She made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door, she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

The decor and layout were really thought out. Every conceivable amenity was available. She clearly put a lot of thought into the decor and the amenities provided.

This was our third time staying at Steven's place. Since last year he has made significant upgrades and investments in the property. we consider this our go-to when we are in Lake of the Ozarks. Can't wait to go back next year

the cozy condo was an absolute perfect place for my best friend and i to stay. perfect for 2 adults. close to all of the best places the lake has to offer. beautiful outdoor pool and very nice and clean indoor pool/hot tub. super peaceful and quiet area. bill was a great host! always quickly responsive and very kind. we came to celebrate my birthday and he even had birthday decorations, diet coke and ice cream in the fridge for us. the airbnb was very clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. i would definitely come stay here again! 10/10!

I was looking for something simple: a bed and shower for a single night. That is exactly what I got. A clean, comfortable bed. A place to hang my shirts. A place to shower. Nothing more. But, again, that is exactly what I was looking for. I was scheduled to attend a conference at one of the local resorts. I did not want to pay for a night at a Lake Resort, when I would not be utilizing any of the amenities of said resort. I needed a bed and a shower, and that is what this AirBnB gave me.

Dana’s place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Super comfy couch with a big TV for movie nights in, bedroom was very cozy with a very comfortable bed. We loved being close to the pool in the community and had an amazing stay. Dana was very friendly and responsive. Me and my friend left the place saying we would definitely want to come stay here again!

It was so peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing.
