Simply stunning. The pictures don’t do justice to the view and the apartment is impeccable. Michael is an outstanding host. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's apartment in Sospirolo. It makes a great base for exploring the many small alpine villages and going on mountain hikes. The apartment is easy to find (Sospirolo is not that big), and there is free overnight parking in the municipal parking lot just across the street, which was really convenient. Check-in was done through the Airbnb messaging app, as the key is kept in a lock-box right next to the door. Giovanna prepared the apartment very nicely, even offering some cookies, which was a nice touch. The apartment has a nice layout, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The shower heat and water pressure is great, and the wifi works just fine. On your way to Sospirolo, you pass through Belluno, which has large, modern grocery stores and a variety of restaurants, and it is very close to Lago del Mis, which I definitely recommend visiting. All in all, I highly recommend Giovanna's apartment!

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

We were greeted at Fondamenta Nove and walked to the apartment. Which is seated in a beautiful, tucked away location- quiet but very close to a fruit & vegetable market, with the coop around the corner. We cooked some nights but also ate in some of the outstanding restaurants nearby. Ça D’Oro stop is also nearby for getting anywhere by boat- But there is lots to explore in walking distances-especially if you want to wind your way through the many neighborhood passages that make Venice all that it is! Very responsive host, clean apartment, comfortable bed- all the amenities. I extend my highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—our host was incredibly friendly and made check-in easy and stress-free. The house itself is both cozy and spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen—everything we needed to cook meals was available, which made our stay even more convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we had no trouble finding free parking nearby, which was a huge plus. We were unlucky that the elevator was under repairing during our stay. We have to climb stairs to 3rd floor. Thus, we repacked our stuffs and brought a small luggages to ease ourselves. Overall, this was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved staying here the apartment clean, modern and view we're amazing. Elisa takes you to the apartment and is very knowledgeable about the local area, she also has a restaurant which we eat in twice and is superb. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants it is up a hill but there are regular free local buses.

This was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The apartment itself was incredible with great, private views of the mountains, comfortable beds, and great amenities. The complex as a whole also had billiards, table tennis, and board games as well as a lounge and sauna where in a shared space. The location was very convenient for exploring the area and the town of Dobbiaco had everything we needed in terms of food and groceries. The only thing I would note to other guests is that, while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is not typical air conditioning that can be controlled inside the apartment. Instead it appears to be heating and/or cooling located in the flooring which is controlled by the front desk. The apartment never got below 23 degrees Celsius/73.4 degrees Fahrenheit. We ended up opening our doors at night because the unit was still very warm. However, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful location and accommodation. The views from the bathroom and living room were incredible. Peaceful location and helpful staff the shower was great and the accommodation had everything that we needed. 10/10

We had a fabulous stay in Venice! The apartment is in an amazing location and we loved the terrace overlooking the canal! The space is perfect for 2 couples, with large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Rita sent very detailed access instructions and organised water taxis for us which we really appreciated. Highly recommended 😊

This apartment is top notch! We are a family of 5 enjoying Venice. This apartment was perfect. The location is in a quieter area of Venice. Apartment was super clean and pristine. We felt right at home. The air conditioning was amazing after exploring in the Hot Italian sun. When we come back to Venice we will most definitely book this apartment again. It had all of the amenities that you could want! Thanks for the great experience!

Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

We were welcomed by Patricia who greeted us at a meeting place and directed us to the Airbnb home. Throughout our stay, Patricia was accommodating and very responsive to any queries we had. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and in the perfect location with tourist attractions only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to return if we ever come back to Venice!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Apart from the beautiful place, with its unique view, the Host was always kind and helpfully for any request. Thanks to this the whole stay has been perfect!

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.

Very centrally located, spacious apartment with a nice terrace, communication with the rental was good and very straightforward. Kitchen well equipped, we lacked nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.
