The historic city center is just a few minutes' walk away, where great restaurants, cafes, wine bars and cozy terraces are available to tourists. Major attractions, cultural experiences (cinema, concerts, theater and exhibitions) are within reach of the accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful courtyard. Ideal for couples.

Base of Operations

The house is a perfect strategic starting point for excursions and culture - e.g. Esterhazy Palace/Eisenstadt, Family Park and Opera/St. Margarethen, Operette/Seebühne Mörbisch, Rust, swimming in Lake Neusiedl or Lake Neufeld. The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideally located for tours between Lake Neusiedl and Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Palace in Fertőd

Unser Haus aus dem Jahr 1569 liegt innerhalb der Wehrmauern von Purbach und ist zentral gelegen – nur 5-10 Minuten zur historischen Kellergasse und den Stadttoren. Mit deiner Anmeldung erhält ihr außerdem gratis die Burgenland Card mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen! Der Check-in ist mittels Zahlencode rund um die Uhr möglich, auch wenn wir einmal nicht da sind.

Lake Apartment

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Stahlbau Neusiedlersee - only hut with e-boat

Glamping = Lamborous Camping, the new trend: back to nature and simplicity, yet comfortable. Peace, seclusion, freedom, lake, barbecue, fishing, reading, boat trips, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, bush pubs, Burgenland, stilt construction. The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would normally cost as much as 70 EUR/day when rented at the port. The boat is included in the overnight price.

Appartment Laxenburg

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of a breathtaking landscape.

Island of Peace /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Lakeside Family Apartment Zanki

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
