Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Segrate

We loved our stay in Laura’s apartment. It is in Brera — a lovely neighborhood in Milan that is walkable to everything and also filled with shopping , restaurants and museums. The terrace was a nice bonus for morning coffee or afternoon wine.

Very nice place to stay! Great interior. Within walking distance from the city center. A bit tricky to park the car but once you’re parked, you’re not gonna need a car anymore anyway. Comfortable, quiet and clean, would definitely book again.

If you see this place available, book it. No-brainer. It’s on the smaller side, so it’s perfect for a business trip or a romantic getaway for two. Still, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for two. There’s a good workspace, fast internet, and an amazing terrace that works in any weather. You can adjust the temperature easily with the curtains and heater. I really enjoyed my stay. Love this area. Next time I’m in Milan, I’ll check this place first.

Antonio is a great host, he was helpful and responsive anytime I reached out to him no matter what time. There's nothing I can complain about as he was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This is the second time we came to Francesco's place is a little, cosy, well refurbished apartment, just close to the underground (M1) that allows you to stay in front of he Duomo in 15 minutes. Surroundings are beautiful as well, with the Martesana walk through the fields and nature to relax. The apartment is also close to several supermarkets, amazing cafè and patisseries, and restaurants. Francesco is an amazing host and we will come there for sure in the future!

We loved our stay in Milan. This apartment is in an absolutely gorgeous old building and exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped with anything we could need. There's a supermarket right downstairs if you need to go shopping, and plenty of restaurants and cafes very nearby. It was a short walk from the tram that comes directly from the central train station.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Line and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They accommodated special requests and made everything feel easy and flexible. The home is a beautifully designed architectural gem, thoughtfully decorated. It has everything you need and is located in a pleasant residential area. A truly lovely stay!

Extremely nice and clean apartment in a nice area, found a nice restaurant and quickly had an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear, the car could be parked safely and we got very good tips about nice eateries nearby, thank you very much for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again.

A quiet two bedroom situated right off the metro- super well-situated and easy to navigate the entire city. It was walkable to the Navigli and I felt like a real local. The apartment was accessible on the ground floor with clear instructions for check-in. The mechanical window shutters go down for extra privacy and security at night, which was much appreciated (though Americans might find it gets a little warm at night without air conditioning😅). Overall, an amazing stay in a well-decorated, art-centric comfortable apartment :) I will love to be back soon!

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation is exactly as described, very clean and located in a strategic area for those who want to visit the city both on foot and by public transport. Marco was very precise and helpful in providing all the information requested. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need. It is within walking distance of the stazione centrale and the Loreto metro station.

Michele's place is great - super convenient location next to the train station (also easy to get to from the airport). Nice and clean inside, and A/C was fantastic on a hot summer stay. Guide inside was very helpful, and overall my stay was super easy. Would recommend for Milan for 1-2 people!
