Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Seine-et-Marne

This apartment is absolutely lovely. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbors are so kind and helpful as well. One neighbor carried a huge suitcases up the stairs without ever being asked for help. Another neighbor offered to drive me to a restaurant because my car was unavailable (again without being asked). I fully recommend this apartment.

Amaury is very nice and always very quick to respond to questions. From the property, you can reach the train station in 5 minutes to take the train to Paris. The RER train runs to Paris several times an hour. Tickets can be bought on site for €2.50 (one way). Close to the property there is a supermarket, a bakery and a butcher to eat. And our children really liked the cinema in the accommodation in the evening;-) Thank you. We will be happy to come back for our next visit to Paris.

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area . Well equipped and essentials supplied like toilet rolls and shampoo etc . Kitchen well equipped . Very easy to get on RER train to Disney . Trains every 10 mins and only 2 stops so short journey time of 6 mins . Great Carrefour supermarket around corner . We had 2 cars , space provided in carpark under apartment for 1 and we parked other car in secure carpark opposite Carrefour for €15 for 24hr period . Hosts were very good at communicating with us and checked we had arrived safely and gained entrance. Clear instructions to enter building and apartment . Our grandson loved the wooden tool bench and the nerf guns . Highly recommend this apartment if going to Disney Paris or into central Paris too . Lots of restaurants close by . We had a Chinese takeaway from around the corner. Lovely Boulangerie close by too . All in all a great place to stay 👍😃

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. The garden is beautiful, the house charming and the neighborhood is ultra peaceful. Pascale is very attentive and gave us good recommendations. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

Manon shared wonderful places and was very friendly. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The living room took a special place in our hearts, everything is decorated with love! Good place to stay near Disney, good location, super spacious, ideal for large families. The host's commission was good. In general, the accommodation is excellent.

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

A big thank you to Hakim, Babeth and their children for their warm welcome. We are used to key handovers in the famous little boxes, but what a pleasure to find Airbnbs with super warm people, who love to welcome and share. Our 2-year-old daughter, and we ourselves were delighted with the accommodation and the garden so peaceful with the many possible activities… Swing, togoban, bouncy castles what more could you ask for? We spent a few very relaxing days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very pleasant. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

Perfect secure place for a solo traveller/couple that is walking distance from the shops, train station and the Whitewater stadium. But most importantly Didier was extremely welcoming, helpful and very prompt with his responses. would recommend!!

We had 10 great days in this beautiful house. Our girls (10, 8 and 4 years) loved it too! We were very lucky with the sunny weather and could sit outside a lot. Also, the yellow flowers in the area were all in bloom - really very beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the long table, cooking in the spacious kitchen, a video evening with the projector and playing football in the garden. The beds slept wonderfully. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity. We got the peace and privacy we were looking for. - Provins is highly recommended. - From Provins we took the train to Paris (75 min) - ideal. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

I highly recommend this stay, the apartment is large and comfortable, it has all the necessary implements and the host responds quickly and guides you with questions about the visit. Although the apartment is not central, it is very well connected to transportation.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

The appartement is spacious and cozy, located in small beautiful street. There are metro stations in walking distance, which go straight to the centre of Paris. Vincennes is a very lovely part of the city, with a beautiful castle, a big park, and nice restaurants which are mostly visited by locals. I can warmly recommend this appartement.
