This place was perfect for our group of 5. The apartment was spacious, clean and was a very short walk in any direction to anything you could want or need. The host was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Ekrem's apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Kuşadası! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen – beim Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man sofort das Meer, das in nur einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und die Fußgängerzone sind direkt vor der Tür, was die Lage wirklich perfekt macht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kuşadası! The location is absolutely perfect – right by the harbor, with a beautiful sea view from the window, and just a one-minute walk to the water. Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

Ailemle birlikte 3 gece Nick'in evinde konakladık. Bence ev Samosta kalınabilecek en iyi konumlardan birindeydi. Pythagorionun en merkezi konumunda çarşıya 3 dklık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Giriş saatimiz bayram olması nedeniyle yoğunluktan dolayı net değildi ancak gittiğimizde bizi evin verandasında güler yüzle karşıladıklarını gördük, evle ilgili detayları anlattılar, son derece ilgiliydiler. Ev de oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca daha evvel de yorumlarda gördüğüm şekilde buz dolabında temel ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu. Kahvaltımızı nazik ev sahiplerimizin buzdolabına bıraktığı yiyeceklerle yaptık. Klimadan rahatsız olan ancak evin serin olmasını isteyen varsa bu ev tam ona göre diyebilirim. Zira dışarıda hava 30 dereceyken evin içi oldukça serindi. Evin önünde aracımız için park yeri de mevcuttu. Nick konaklama boyunca bizimle iletişimde kaldı, bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Biz herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık ama yaşasaydık sorunun derhal çözüleceğine emindik, bu güveni vermesi bizi mutlu etti.

Nektarios è il miglior host che si possa desiderare. È stato gentilissimo con me supportandoli in ogni momento della permanenza. Con un prezzo davvero contenuto si occupa anche del transfer da e per l aeroporto. L appartamento è perfetto e ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. A pochissimi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia era pulitissimo. Grazie Nektarios sarò di nuovo presto tua ospite

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The 2-bed apartment is stunning – stylish, clean, and in an unbeatable location right on the main street in Pythagorio. As an extra treat, they gave us lovely Easter gifts including sweetened bread, dyed eggs, and chocolates – such a thoughtful touch! We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after. We’ll definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht und ist sehr heimisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber kann ich jedem empfehlen. Besonders in dieser Wohnung war die Besitzerin, Frau Mukaddes ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr liebevoll war immer erreichbar sehr herzlich sie gibt einem das Gefühl einer Familie man fühlt sich gleich wohl konnte gute Empfehlung geben wohin man gehen kann was man machen kann ich kann es jedem empfehlen der sich ausruhen möchte. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

This place is a proper Turkish experience. If you like classic and rustic, but with all mod cons, this is it. Spacious home across three levels, with a courtyard like something from a magazine, and fruit trees and multiple sitting areas; truly beautiful!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Tras esta semana en casa de Ayfer, recomiendo este hospedaje 100%! El apartamento tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para alojarse sin problema; se encuentra en un pueblo super bien situado para visitar la region, el lugar es super seguro, hay tiendas y panaderias muy cerca( se puede ir a pie). Ayfer y su marido nos han tratado como gente de su familia, nos han ayudadi y aconsejado a todo lo necesario y siempre han estado disponibles pese a no tener la misma lengua, hemos podido crear una bonita relación. cabe destacar que nos hospedamos con un bebe en su casa, y nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario para que nuestra hija se sientiera bien ( cuna, sabanas, calentador, y sobre todo mucho cariño y sonrisas para ella!) La vista del atardecer es inigualable desde la terraza!!! lo recomendamos son ninguna duda si quieren vivir una experiencia propia del lugar!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.
