Snuggledown, Guest suite for 2. Felpham, beach.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Little Lookout

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Delightful boathouse overlooking Fishery Creek.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Seafront 3 bed house perfect for friends/family.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A home from home.

Comfortable and quiet get away.

Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.
