The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cats, chickens & being offline, the ideal place to switch off!

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.
