Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

This is an incredible spot in the Prosecco Hills, and one of our favorite Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and charmingly decorated. The commanding view over the valley and outdoor spaces are amazing... we never got tired of relaxing in the garden or wandering through the vineyard. Annalisa's brother works on the property and manages everything nextdoor. He is one of our favorite people we have met traveling on Airbnb... super interesting, very kind and helpful, but also out of the way and never intrusive. He greeted us with a bottle of their own prosecco and cherries and was always willing to share and explain what work they were up to on the small vineyard. The location is great with plenty of restaurants in the area and several small towns nearby. We enjoyed visiting farmers markets, other wineries, and even a day trip to the Dolomites. Hot water was plentiful, wifi was good, and the bed was comfortable. Recommended a million times over :)

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!
