Holiday rentals with a balcony in Serra de Tramuntana

Our visit was very nice. You have to walk up a small mountain, but you have a more beautiful view. So that was no problem for us without a car. In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks for the sunset. The kitchen was very well equipped, there are good knives, large selection of utensils and two cutting boards. We had a tea towel for a week. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom as well. Unfortunately, we had an unwanted visit of scattered cockroaches, which were easy to cope with the existing bug spray. Cockroaches are not uncommon for this region and otherwise we did not have any problems with the apartment (also no bed bugs as it says in previous reviews). Clear recommendation!! Great value for the money:))

Just returned home from competing in Ironman Mallorca. I don’t think I could have found a more central location. Overlooking the swim start and on the course. Let alone 100m from transition. Also the apartment is amazing

Great apartment with garage for bicycles. Direct access to Starnd and a dream view. Breakfast on the terrace was a dream to be in. If you like more TV, 2 channels in German) should bring Cromecast or Apple TV. If you have bicycles, you can assemble and store them very well in a very large garage. Supermarket Eroski about 300 meters away. The Hawaii restaurant about 100m has very good food. Those who start at Ironman have about 3 km. Parking near the start was no problem (south side of the main road) Also very suitable for your own training camp! I will definitely return!

Very nice and direct. There were small complications with the electricity bill, but these were quickly discussed and clarified. I'd love to come back to this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We were 8 people and it was comfortable that two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there is a third for the other two rooms to share. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, so it should definitely be used by those who go to bed the latest and get up the earliest. It didn't bother us, but might be a good information for other guests. The communication with Raphael, who was our local contact, was very nice and easy going and he always responded quickly when we had questions. The kitchen has a good size, a good bread knife was missing though :-), but other than that we got by quite well. There are no neighbouring houses nearby, which is very nice. The pool has a good size. It was just a bit cold in mid October, but that's not the host's fault :-) and our kids still enjoyed to plunge in the water. There were people looking after the pool twice a week. The ocean was quite warm still (warmer than the pool). The beach is in walking distance and very nice. You have to be good on foot though to get there. It's not far but it involves some climbing. Also in October the sun isn't able to dry the sand anymore, so lying on your towel always ends in it being wet whether you went swimming or not. However, you don't have heaps of people and the water and the scenery are fantastic. The village is very small. There are no shops and very few restaurants (we didn't like the Casablanca, which was the only place open in autumn). However, the next village Colonia San Pere, is very pretty. Also small, but with several grocery shops and restaurants along the seaside.

We were there as a family with three children and felt completely comfortable. A great house with everything you need for a nice vacation. By car you can make many excursions from there, also the beach and shopping are nearby. Definitely recommend.

Super cozy house with private and secluded courtyard with large areas and charming plants. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was everything you needed. The owner Marc met us at the house and he had filled the fridge with cold drinks, bought shampoo, soap, etc., so we didn't have to shop more than food. He gave us a good cake as a welcome gift and gave us recommendations in restaurants. The car was easy to park on the street right outside the house, no cost. The place is just perfect, go right and you have beautiful farms and natural landscapes just around the corner. Go left and you have a great SPAR supermarket with everything you could possibly need. It is also a perfect location for making excursions on the island. One hour to magical Soller in the mountains, half an hour to charming Porto Cristo and about 45 min up to Alcudia. We did excursions every day but also enjoyed in the lovely pool!! It was cold at the end of October but was still swimable for us Swedes!!
