One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Emma was an amazing host!! The place is just as described on the listing! Perfect place for those traveling to Disneyland , with the bus stop being right outside the place. She was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire time I was there and she even helped me plan a little surprise for my fiancée! I’d definitely recommend this place to others 😄

Michael was very helpful, he suggested us things to do in Disney, the place is 2 mins walk to the bus stop and the frequency of the bus 2233 that takes you to Disney is good, there are all the necessary things in the house and good restaurants and super markets nearby.

Great house for visiting Disneyland. We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children. The house is 10mins drive to Disneyland, we used uber as it was cheaper than driving and parking. The house was clean, organised and the host was great at communicating. He always responded if we had any queries. Will definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Michou’s place. He was an exceptionally kind and friendly host — he even gave us a lift to the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is perfect: just a 30-minute direct train to the centre of Paris and only a 20-minute drive to Disneyland. The property itself is lovely, with a great pool, secure parking, and even a football goal with balls that our child absolutely loved. Everything was clean, safe, and welcoming. We had a very nice 6 night stay at Olivier’s place. It was as described and came with clear instructions. The place is quite compact with limited privacy but is perfect for couples or solo travellers! The RER station is about 25-30 min walk away which is convenient and walkable and provides easy travel to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Would definitely recommend!

We all enjoyed our recent stay at David’s apartment!! Great location - really close walk to Disneyland and even faster if you get the local shuttle around the corner for EUR2.50 pp. Accommodation was as described and had all we need to also cater for our 2 year old. Sofa bed surprisingly comfy and shutters on windows handy to keep the room dark for a toddler’s nap! David was really responsive throughout the process and super friendly when we arrived and when we were leaving!

Marielle is very responsive and very accommodating. She was really nice and friendly. She left us cherries from her garden which is very thoughtful of her. She even allowed us to leave our things even after we checked out.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Christelle's, who was always very responsive and welcoming. Listing matches photos. The bedding is comfortable and everything was very clean. 20 minutes by bus from Disneyland, it was perfect. Thanks again!

All perfect. Ideal for visiting Disneyland. Right next to the subway stop (two minutes walk), a huge shopping center and a carrefour that opens at seven in the morning in case you have to buy and then you want to go early to the Disney parks. Quiet, safe area. Definitely a very good choice. It would be great if the extra bed could be improved, it is not for people over 30 kg and it already had some broken slats.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Michele's place! With young kids, this house is perfect! The environment is peaceful and pleasant and we were only a 15min drive from Provins. Also close to Paris, it's an address to keep!

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

nice house near disneyland

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.
