The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Small vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Enjoy your holiday in rural idyll on the Büdenhof Jahn in beautiful Upper Franconia. The Büdenhof Jahn is a family-run Naturland farm with organic farming and livestock breeding. The Büdenhof is now in the fourth generation of family ownership. On the one hand, you can enjoy the quiet location in nature and at the same time are centrally located to reach the old town of Seßlach in just 10 minutes by car or the cities of Coburg and Bad Staffelstein in 15 minutes by car.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.
