We love the place. A home away from home. The place is good for small family like us (3). Very clean and well maintained. It is also complete with amenities. The apartment is accessible to all transportations and supermarket. Our host, Claudia, is one of the nicest person we've met in Florence. Very responsive and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Florence.

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

Sabina nous a très bien accueillis : elle avait même prévu des parapluies pour nous en raison de fortes pluies à Florence à notre arrivée. Elle nous a ensuite envoyé des recommandations de restaurants à faire dans le coin, ce qui nous a été très utile. Le logement était parfait, très cosy, propre et proposant tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande avec plaisir cet hôte et son logement : bravo à elle !

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We did a last minute booking so everything near the Duomo was either sold out or too expensive so we looked for alternatives and are we glad!!! The apartment was brand new and very beautifully done up. This is my second Airbnb and it was amazing. Way neater, cleaner and beautiful than a hotel also. The location was exactly 13 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella - including Walk to the tram station. The tram takes hardly 5 minutes to reach Santa Maria and is just 1.5 euro per ride per person. The apartment is so nice that the distance to Duomo is worth it. Claudio himself checked us in and was very friendly and responsive.

Francesca’s place is perfectly located near the airport, super convenient for early morning flights. It also very easy to get to Florence old town on the train. The apartment was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. Francesca was great at communicating in a timely fashion and the instructions for location, keys… were very clear. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Immaculate presentation and very clean. Being in the centre is was also peaceful and the rooftop terrace is a really nice place to relax at the end of an awesome day sight seeing. Stefano’s recommendations are also perfect. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Cinzia’s place was a wonderful little apartment. It had everything you could need and more for a short visit. We were able to get help finding a driver to the winery nearby, and she was very accommodating despite having an unforeseen issue with her shower due to her last guest before us. Besides that it was a great place very scenic and close to Florence. Would recommend to anyone looking to see the winery nearby or visit Florence.

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Sabrina was a fantastic host and her place was wonderful! Very clean and cosy, close to everything, very walkable area and she left us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, markets, etc. She also brought us a bottle of wine at check in which was very sweet! I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Florence!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy apartment — perfect for 2 to 4 people. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, except perhaps an oven, but with so many amazing local cafés and restaurants just around the corner, we didn’t miss it at all. The location is excellent — quiet yet well connected, with a nearby bus stop and free parking space. The apartment itself has a lot of character, is well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for your hospitality — we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

The host, Aris, is worth staying here alone. He was super helpful when we arrived giving us lots of local recommendations which were all great (and also super useful as there are plenty of tourist traps in Florence) he also answered other questions I had about transport promptly. The place itself is lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you’d need. It is about a 15/20 minute walk from the main station and that is the edge of the centre of Florence so if you don’t like walking/can’t, then maybe not the best but for us perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay again

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
