Ilenia is a great host and a very nice person. The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious equipped with all what's necessary. The kitchen is big as well as the bedroom. The bathroom is in a very good condition. The location is good. Close to restaurants and a grocery shop. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. It was a pleasure staying there We strongly recommend Ilenia's apartment. Beth & David

Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. Bellissimo appartamento, grande e spazioso.. anche troppo per 2 Persone. Se dovrei descriverlo con una parola:SPLENDITO. Tranvia a 1 minuto a piedi, ottimo bar nelle vicinanze, peccato non aver soggiornato altre notti. Grazie

L'alloggio é ricavato da una parte della villa del proprietario, struttura in legno ma che non ha nulla da invidiare ad un appartamento classico. Non ha le rifiniture di pregio ma ha tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno comodo e confortevole, la fermata dell'autobus che porta a Firenze é a due passi dall'alloggio. Gli autobus non sono frequentissimi ma ho avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare in un periodo di lavori sul tragitto e quindi non é possibile dare un giudizio imparziale. L'host Sabrina e la sua mamma sono di una gentilezza unica, pronte a dare consigli quando richiesti, amichevoli. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. I loro suggerimenti si sono rilevati preziosi e graditi. Lo consiglio vivamente, sono persone che meritano.

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

Wir waren 2 Nächte bei Tom.Die Unterkunft bei Tom war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles prima erklärt und trotz der heißen Temperaturen in Florenz war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die fast lautlose Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Mit der Tram, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt , ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, so dass man auch mittags in der Mittagshitze, noch mal einen Abstecher wieder in die Wohnung machen kann, um sich auszuruhen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Allerdings sollte man nicht direkt vor dem Apartment halten, um die Koffer auszuräumen, der Nachbar ist sehr unfreundlich. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe der Wohnung genug, ebenso kleine Cafés, Supermärkte und alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt

Un appartamento molto ben arredato, moderno, funzionale e confortevole, spazioso, molto pulito e ordinato. Grazie alle zanzariere, le finestre potevano essere aperte per la ventilazione, le persiane massicce consentivano l'oscurità e tenevano lontani i rumori esterni. Davanti alla casa c'è un comodo parcheggio ombreggiato. L'appartamento è accessibile ai portatori di handicap, ad eccezione di un gradino per entrare nell'appartamento e di un gradino per raggiungere la camera da letto più grande. Affitteremo volentieri questo appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Anche la mancanza di uno strofinaccio e di possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani per più di 2 persone nel bagno non toglie nulla alla bellissima proprietà.

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Jonny heeft een prachtig appartement, met een schitterend terras. Het huis is heel sfeervol met veel kunst en planten. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is ruim en voor vier personen was het heerlijk. Als je gastvrij wil worden ontvangen op een heerlijke plek in Florence ben je hier op het juiste adres.

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
