Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. It is 40 square meters and is located in a 2-family house on the outskirts of Lenglern. On the upper level are the entrance, bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

You will get a beautiful, cozy and bright 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The furnishings include desk, double bed, wardrobe, cable TV, sofa, coffee table and 1 fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and microwave. Of course, free wifi is included. The modern tiled bathroom with window is right next to the apartment for your exclusive use . The neighborhood is friendly. Free parking is available throughout the street.

Hello, in our guest house there is a ground-level apartment with: wide doors, double bed (accessible from each side), walk-in shower, raised toilet, handles, sitting area and a pantry kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, etc. are available). If necessary, we will gladly provide 1 crib and 1 high chair. The whole area is approx. 30 square meters. Parking is possible right outside the front door.

The bright 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a centrally located villa. Free parking is available on the spacious property. The coffee maker provided is a Tassimo Pad machine. Stove: 2-burner stove Washing machine and laundry dryer can be used free of charge on request. Train station, university and downtown are in a few minutes' walk. Shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance. As well as strolling through the colorful Göttingen city center. Restaurant, cafes are easily accessible, as well as culture in the form of theater, cinema, clubs..... Check-in before 4:00 pm may be possible (just ask).

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
