Location was perfect. Mamiko was a sooo good host – helpful and attentive. Everything we needed he got us right away – like in a 5-star hotel. We had a very nice stay there. I just want to thank Mamiko for giving us such a nice reminder. Always happy to go there.

Great apartment. Very spacious. Close to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance from the lake. Very well stocked with everything you can want and more in the kitchen. Internet is fast and reliable. Karen is a great host who communicates well and adds a personal touch. The armenian sweets and fresh fruit on arrival was super.

Perfect for peace + mountain views! Nver’s place is wonderfully quiet—I stepped outside to stunning vistas daily and even worked productively. His dad’s humor and the family’s warmth made it feel like home. Easy check-in/out. Two shops nearby; Ijevan town is a quick, affordable taxi ride for anything else. A refreshing stay with calm and kind hosts. Ideal for travelers who value simplicity, nature, and genuine connections. I’d return in a heartbeat for the views and Nver’s dad’s jokes!

I didn’t expect that the place gonna be so mindful, cozy and beautiful. Everything clean, beautiful view, nice bed, shower, kitchen. Everything is clean and it’s like real village house with amazing view. I’ll come back soon!
