This was an amazing stay. Clean and very nice. Loved it

Nice room, well worth the price paid. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook instead of eating out for every meal. There were plenty of grocery stores near by (Publix, Kroger, WalMart) so no need to bring groceries. Plenty of attractions and things to do near by also. The bed was comfy, the couch bed was comfy, everything was clean, just needed an extra blanket or two. I’d recommend this room and I’d stay here again.

Scott's place was even more spacious than we anticipated, & it was very clean! It is located in a beautiful location of the mountains and close to a lot of the attractions. We definitely want to stay there again in the future!

My family had a wonderful stay. Scott was very quick to respond which was a wonderful surprise since we were planning our trip last minute. Transaction was quick and smooth. Check-in was quick and we were even able to check-in about 3 hours early. Our unit was beautiful and very clean. The only disadvantage was the fact that amenities had to be reserved ahead of time however, I've seen this a lot due to having to practice social distancing. We were still able to enjoy a great amount of time using the amenities. Location was great!! Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely look to book with Scott on future trips!!!

Checking in was easy, all instructions were very clear. Room came with access to both waterparks, including soaky mountain. The room was great, didn't have to clean afterwards (but we also made sure to not leave a mess), parking was easy to access. Not a single complaint from us!

Thanks for having a beautiful, and CLEAN newly renovated condo !! My family and myself had a great weekend in the smokies and would stay here again !! This exceeded my expectations and the staff was awesome and very helpful !

The condo was very clean and up to date. I love having a washer and dryer in my condo that I didn’t have to pay extra money to do laundry. The mornings on the balcony were beautiful and peaceful. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, a toaster and a regular size coffee pot and dishes to cook. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Alexander was so helpful, kind and answered all of my questions quickly and respectfully. I would absolutely stay here again. It was beautiful, clean, very spacious and location was GREAT!!

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

We were pleasantly impressed with our stay at Mountain Loft! Very clean and loved the fireplace and balcony! Would love to stay here again!

Everything was great. Better than expected.

Location and communication with resort staff was great. Very quite place, away from noise.

Check in was easy, amenities were fantastic, space in the condo was awesome. My only minor complaint is the furniture isn’t comfortable, feels more like office furniture, but the beds were amazing, so that’s great. Overall 5 stars and highly recommend!!! Thanks Alexander!!

Great place to stay. Alot to do around this area close to the main parkway but they do try to push timeshare sales.

The resort is absolutely wonderful, the staff is very helpful and willing to do anything that you need them to. We will definitely be staying here again.
