Monthly Rentals in Shanty Bay

This has been hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dawn and Rob have truly thought of everything to make the space feel like home! They were very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations for the area. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could think of including board games, cookware and much more. We will definitely be back!

"Peaceful and Convenient Stay!" I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to Starbucks, FH Finefood grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. It made everything super easy, whether I needed coffee, groceries, or a nice meal. The host was also responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Jomana’s place for a work trip. The place is even better in person - homely, quiet, and well thought out in terms of amenities. The place has everything you need for a home like stay away from home: laundry, detergent, comfy beds, outside space (patio), extra towels, coffee and tv with Netflix. It’s in a quiet surburban neighborhood near parks and even a small beach. Definitely beats a hotel!

Furniture and appliances appeared new! We enjoyed visiting the sauna and whirlpool in the condo's health centre and also took advantage of the condo community's natural gas BBQ to grill our dinner. Neighbours were quiet and respectful during our stay. Location is conveniently located very close to Barrie, Elmvale and is a short drive to Wasaga Beach, i.e. close to grocery stores and restaurants. Leonel was both responsive to our questions and proactive in providing instructions and reminders. Would gladly return!
