Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

I had a wonderfully enjoyable experience that truly surpassed my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The charming decor and ample natural light created a cozy ambiance that I greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation super easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. Enjoying coffee on the sunny patio was definitely one of the highlights! The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to visit again!

What a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. There are fruit trees right by the front window and the porch in the backyard is a great place to enjoy tea in the morning. We'll be staying here again next time we visit!!

Basic and minimal, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and very convenient location. Was warm out (high 70s / low 80s) with no A/C, but with the window open and fan going it was cool and comfortable.

A true gem! We enjoyed every second of our stay - it was just as described, but even better :) Eugene was a dream host, responding and attending quickly and kindly to every question or matter we raised. The house is located in a super nice and quiet area - we felt immediately at home and can only recommend a stay here :)

My family and I had a great time at Sabrina's home! The house was perfect for us and the pool was a plus! The home was clean and in perfect order. Sabrina was very prompt in all communications. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was gorgeous, easy to find, and exactly as described. The interior was spotless--I swear, I could have eaten off those floors! The central location made it easy to get all over Los Angeles, both on the freeway and surface streets, but the house was peaceful and quiet despite how close it was to everything. It was great to have a grocery store so close, too. Our kids loved the toy closet and playing the backyard, too!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Loved that Whole Foods was in walking distance as well as local restaurants. That was the best part. Very cute place and just a great location.

I The place was exactly as pictured—It’s in a very convenient location, close to everything. Drew and Michael were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth. 5 stars!

Other than a few hiccups getting the Air Conditioning system to start cooling the night we arrived, the stay went well. The host sent video's of how to use the NEST thermostat, we determined the AA battery was low, replaced it (store open next door) and the system started right up. The coffee and creamer in the kitchen was greatly appreciated the next morning. We felt secure inside the gated building. The rooms smelled fresh and the furniture was welcoming.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment at C's place! The place was spotless, which made it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and timely—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The location was also a huge plus—very peaceful yet walkable to grocery and etc. There is plenty of street parking and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I beautiful, peaceful, quiet, comfortable, private space to come back to after a long day. Jane puts a lot of care in all the details to make it a very comfortable stay. Right in the cinema heart of Burbank. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

I honestly wish I could give this 1000 stars, it may honestly be the best Air BnB I’ve ever booked. The place - it’s a studio apartment in the most quaint and beautiful neighborhood. It is exactly how it’s pictured in the listing, and has everything you need for an extended weekend. The neighborhood - There is SO MUCH to do in the surrounding area in walking distance, and if you’re up to it Beverly Hills is walkable too. WeHo has phenomenal bars, shopping, and places to eat all within a reasonable walk. Don’t worry about what anyone may say about West Hollywood, it was an extremely safe experience through and through. The host - Sam is the absolute best. He was very responsive in a timely manner, extremely cordial, friendly, and welcoming, and is willing to do whatever he can to accommodate your needs. This place is not only worth booking, I strongly urge you to choose this listing.
